Whether that becomes a genuine help for users or one more leaflet that ends up in the wastepaper bin depends on what these manuals look like, and on who shapes them now. Sarah Fluchs, initiator of the Cyber Manual Movement (CMM), shows how the community project developing a free, CRA-compliant template and an open ecosystem around, so that manufacturers can create useful cyber manuals easily and users get clear guidance for operating products securely.
